In this webinar, we will explore how the principles of coaching the whole person can be related to coaching teams as a system or ‘the whole person. We will be looking at how the team transformation coaching approach recognises the powerful influence that teams have on individuals and not vice-versa and how coaching provides the opportunity to heighten systemic self-awareness.
Professional Coaching in the one-to-one context seeks to maximise human potential through the expansion of the thinking capacity of human beings to provide fulfilling results for sustainable change. Critical skill coaches bring to one-to-one coaching is recognising the ‘person holistically’, with all the components they get into the session as part of their makeup. For the client, we coach wholeness to understand how to construct these different elements into a whole.
This session is particularly beneficial to internal coaches and HR practitioners who usually wonder how best to get more employees to benefit from the coaching intervention. External coaches will also find this helpful in negotiating with contractors and sponsors to have more staff participating, impacting teams beyond the leaders who currently carry the burden of influencing teams when supported by individual Coaching.
