In this learning webinar, you will learn 2 lessons to help you be more present, calmer, and find inner peace. (1) Letting In and (2) Letting Be.
Struggling to let go is often because we refuse to see the situation differently.
The word “relax” means to “be loose again,” but we cannot achieve this by tightening our muscles, physically or mentally. Letting go is not something we can force, even if we try hard. We cannot simply think away our grievances, expectations, or attachments.
Instead, we must change our inner landscape and let go naturally. This involves stopping ourselves from holding on.
The second step of letting go is to let be.
Once we fully allow ourselves to feel the pain, we should not attempt to change it or wish it away. Instead, we should accept it and befriend it. Soon, we will notice the experience shifting, even without us doing anything.
Whatever we are experiencing, we should first notice and let it in.
Then, we can let it be. By doing so, we will be able to let it go.
